Description
This application let activate your home language (locale) with ease.
Language Enabler activate all supported Samsung languages and keyboard inputs.
Starting with Android 4.2, the permission to change your system language became protected.
If you are familiar with Android developments tools, then you can grant the required permission to the App without Root, by executing this command through usb “adb -d shell pm grant com.wanam android.permission.CHANGE_CONFIGURATION”
If you have Root access on your device then Language Enabler can automatically do it for you.
This application supports all languages / locales: Arabic, Chinese, Indian, Spanish, French, Hebrew, Farsi… عربية، عبرية، فارسية.
There are some devices variants (US,Chinese) that remove completely all unused languages, sadly there is no much thing we can do in this case.

- Doesn’t work. It removed the pre-installed languages but will not install my chosen new ones. English remains.
- Doesn’t do anything besides telling me to reboot and asking me to choose a language. Rebooted and nothing was changed even with full control over firmware.
- not working at all on galaxy s4. it says ot dose not have root permission. I have tryed every way to fix that error. even installing adriod sdk but after two hours and waste of time I couldn’t do any thing.
- Obliga a ser root Sí no soy Root no me permite realizar el cambio, pero al ser Root se que ya no podré actualizar mi Android a una versión oficial de llegar aparecer.
- Very very usefull to me I can now download more languages for my samsung note edge keyboard which was not possible before… its really usefull for me…guys try this if u hav problem in download languages in ur phone.. good luck.. and fynally lots of thanks to developers
