DigiLocker is a key initiative under Digital India, the Government of India’s flagship program aimed at transforming India into a digitally empowered society and knowledge economy. Targeted at the idea of paperless governance, DigiLocker is a platform for issuance and verification of documents & certificates in a digital way, thus eliminating the use of physical documents. The DigiLocker website can be accessed at https://digitallocker.gov.in/.

You can now access your documents and certificates from your DigiLocker on your mobile devices.

WHAT’S NEW

1. Added feature to download driving license, vehicle registration and PAN verification certificate data in JSON and XML format.
2. As per the new Google Play policy, the application will not require permission to read SMS.
3. Fixed issues related to mobile pin.
4. Other minor bug fixes.

User Reviews/Opinion:

Updates such as PAN and Driving License are downloading even with valid information. Driving License downloading is giving 404 error response. And PAN is giving DOB mismatch between Aadhar and PAN. My details are always same and correct in sll places. Bloody bugs exists in DigiLockers making people fools. Hell with this app sponsored by Govt and Technical team who develop, test and maintaining this Android App.
Worst app not able to verify my aadhar even if I enter the right OTP sometime it says technical support and sometimes it says invalid OTP. Not able to upload any of the documents all documents are automatically cancelled. If you don’t know “How to create a working app then Why created this one?” Waste of time never download this app again
This was a very good app until I updated it day before yesterday and everything went wrong since then. I was logged out and my phone number which was registered before now says not registered. Then I created a new ID and now it says my Aadhaar is already linked with digilocker. Let me know if there is a solution to this… update: Again after the update everything is gone. please don’t istall this app and if you already have uninstall as soon as possible.
