Worst app and customer support ever. This app claims to give cashback of Rs 75 by applying ‘UPI75’ code. Without going to any other payment app I used this app to get 75 cashback by applying mentioned code. But did not receive any cashback. I contacted their support but still did not receive any relvant reply. Am going to uninstall this fraude app.
The app is years behind from the competition. Then you don’t understand the concept of failed transaction and partial refund due to which the processing of cashback is wrong. You don’t allow withdrawal to bank account & your app is so bad I don’t want to keep my money in it. A very poor customer support. Lastly you show my own money as voucher money in your app.
I had given 1 star because from last 1 week I am mailing you regarding my refund that I got from 1 mg . That was not added in my account till today’s date. And now also I am doing 1 transaction for that also I added money in my wallet, but that transaction was failed. And now also my total balance was not showing in my main wallet balance. I want my whole total balance in my account that is 50.99+11.82+14.01=76.82 Solve my problem , after you solved my problem , I will change my review. And one more thing is that whenever I am trying to update my kyc , that doesn’t happening. What is the method of doing kyc, let me know.
