This app enabled me to discover a fix – along with the help of an unusually smart pbone tech – for a recurring internet connection problem that multiple in-home ATT techs were unable to identify.
his app is great. Not hard to maneuver or figure out. Easy for me to change all wifi passwords and can easily navigate everything I need in a smooth manner. I highly recommend my technician Josiah Hurd from Bartlesville. He is quick to install and he can answer any questions you may have. By far the best technician I’ve ever dealt with.
يعمل كما هو معلن, love the ability to control, maintain and check my network from my phone. Only issue, and it’s a big one, is the frequent loss of login credentials. And to lesser extent, or maybe more, it fails to connect to the authentication server. Frustrating to say the least. Fix those minute problems and it gets a five star review easy.
Hey so I’m having a problem with your hide device feature. I accidentally pressed hide on my device and there’s no way to revert it back. I’ve talked to techs on the phone and chat, nothing helped. I even tried Mac filtering still hidden. Please help otherwise it’s a bug that needs fixing.
