I could not order from this app. I spent time to choose food from restaurant, but when it came to payment procedure, I had an “unknown error”. After several tries, the restaurant was closed and the app didn’t notify me about it, so I spent one hour to try to order food, but without any success…
El servicio funcionaba bien hasta que accidentalmente en lugar de pagar con efectivo, el sistema le cobró a una tarjeta sin fondos, después de éso fue imposible contactar a servicio al cliente y no he podido realizar ningun otro pedido, parece que mi cuenta esta bloqueada indefinidamente, y no tengo idea de como pagar el pedido que está pendiente. Mi esperanza es que alguien de Glovo vea esto o almenos prevenir que a otras personas les pasé lo mismo.
Deliveries don’t arrive at all, I have been charged full amount for food I didn’t receive, since ‘they couldn’t reach me’. I was home with phone turned on, they just ignored the order and charged me full price.
