it works when it works. it says the app may not be optimised for my device even though I’m using a Galaxy Tab S4. I can see why now. it freezes up from time to time. there’s sound but no video. then I go back to the video library and try a different video and it’s the same conclusion. exited the app and start over and it still does the same thing. I need a different app
Application has been crushing since the last update I did on the 12th of September on my S7 Edge,it doesn’t even play for a second and now I wish I had checked the reviews 1st before updating.Tried to restart and even completely switch off my phone but to no avail please help me restore the older version as this current one is a total nightmare.
It won’t let me watch my videos just says an error occurred. I tried deleting the data by following the instructions from other reviews it’s still not working. This app is automatically installed on my Samsung J6 so I need to use it regularly. Alternatively does anyone know any other good apps.
After the recent update this app crashes and the app was hanging not working before the update this app works nicely pls check and fix the problem
